Shifts in Beliefs

Mission – Something begins happening that’s bigger than our church.  As a community of believers we become about touching our city, community,neighbors, friends and families with God’s love.

Redefinition – The community around us begins to see Christians as relevant, fun, interesting and maybe even helpful.  Because we become known as ridiculously generous, we are invited into roles of influence in our community.

Contribution – Individuals actively believe that “Small things done with great love will change the world.”  They adopt kindness as a lifestyle.  They become generous in all aspects of their lives.  They invest their time and resources naturally in a cooperative effort to deliver God’s love to their community.

Shifts in Behavior

Participation at any level – Anyone Can Participate in Evangelism (Doable).
Seekers can join us and participate as we show God’s Kindness.
Connections begin to be formed within the Community (schools, filling stations, stores, hospitals, city government, etc.).
Conversations with Not-Yet-Christians begin to flow naturally and relationally.
Prayer flows as we serve people outside the church walls.

Shifts in Expectations  (Faith)

Seeds of Kindness move people one step closer to God.

• God shows up when we love and serve the people in our community
• Not-Yet-Believers will begin to follow Jesus
• God uses me
• Loving someone by giving them a bottle of water is empowered by God’s Presence
